The pinky isn't as small as it should be and the eyes are kinda weird you should reference the actual Kid Goku see what you did wrong there(Unless that can be attributed to style)

The only reason I went for that was cause that green/blue background made the character pop out the most. Plus background practice never hurt anybody, even if it's as bare bones as this.
